Mark Jenkinson, Conservative MP for Workington, has presented a Private Members Bill, which received its First Reading and will receive its Second Reading in the Commons at 9:30 am on 10 September 2021. The Bill addresses Section 42A of the Education Act 1997 (duty to provide careers guidance in schools in an extension of duty to provide careers guidance in schools.
